Surfing with Dr. Suess allows elementary school students to explore the life and literature of Dr. Suess. As a group, they are instructed to create a powerpoint of thier findings.
Changes I would make:
color scheme/fonts
fix links/new resources
graphics/clipart

I really like this WebQuest! You identified good areas for improvement. Think about having students use PhotoStory to create their original Suess like book. That way the WebQuest become more your own as you make more significant changes!
